The cow headed goddess is most likely Hathor.
What was the name of the double crown?
The Pschent (sh-yen) was the name of the Double Crown of Ancient Egypt. The ancient Egyptians generally referred to it as sekhemti, the Two Powerful Ones. The Double crown was first shown being worn by Den of the 1st Dynasty.

Per-nu
The Shrine of Lower Egypt, associated with the serpent Goddess Wadjet. Symbolically the Per-nu shrines represents the whole of Lower Egypt. Per-nu is associated with the dwellings of the gods. Per-nu vessels were often buried with the dead, each containing a figure intended to do any work that the deceased might be required to do in the afterlife.
Osiris, is depicted as being buried in a Per-nu shaped dwelling, as it is associated with ressurection and the renewal of life.
